Yeah, I’ve been hearing a lot about CF’s TOS contract from Jonny and other sources. It sounds way too scary for me to even think about signing up. I don’t want to one day wake up to find a certified letter saying Corbin Fisher is suing me for some ridiculous amount of money because somebody hacked my account.

TBH that shit won’t fly in court anyway; I’m surprised their lawyers drafted that nonsense.

Whether it works in court is besides the point. It STILL can cost you thousands or tens of thousands to defend yourself. Unless you can find a lawyer who will work pro-bono, you’re better off settling, or better yet find a different company to wank too.
