The DA’s case against Sebastian is crumbling: it has been alleged that the child in question contracted a venereal disease and her father was the blame, however less than 6 days prior to the discovery of the VD pertaining to the child, Sebastian Young underwent STD and HIV testing for two studios on two completely separate days and all test were negative.. The child did not contract an STD from her Father Sebastian Young.

Also, the so called kiddie porn featuring the child was in fact not kiddie porn at all featuring the child. The photos were actually normal pictures of the child among a bunch of pornography all featuring adults that look at least 18 years old.
There is no solid physical evidence that Sebastian Young sexually molested the child and he has denied ever doing such a thing. Charges will be dismissed soon.
