You mean BF% (body fat percentage). Cut is about 7%. Ripped is about 5%, Shredded is 3-4%. Below 3% is about impossible to achieve. And unhealthy. A female below 7% or so will stop her periods (if anyone cares here). Kris’ BF% is probably closer to 5%.
