This is likely because Elder Inaki is being paired to a returning character in MB and Family Dick…just wait…I think that is the same for Argos as well.

Yes, they don’t, however new production staff and management of Charged Media after its split with Carnal might have tolerated it, I think what they do better is that they prioritize the models who are not also staff of Charged Media(the exclusive models).

Alot of the Elder Stories were cut after Napoli and Anderson Mason were introduced, so they were filmed somewhere in Early to Mid 2019 to few months before they started to premiere them but there is a gap between the filming of the original intro of Bishop Napoli and his other scenes which I think is filmed somewhere in 2018/2019 and his scenes with Anderson Mason as Marco Napoli was uncircumcised in his introduction scene.

Possible, but it would mean you would wait for months if the characters (re)introduced in the cut off chapters did not have an interaction with Anderson.
