I’m afraid the whole characteristic of CF is just impossible to maintain.
We are seeing this for a few years now. If you ask me, the current landscape of internet gay porn makes it terribly hard for CF to keep doing what they always did.

With the death of Gayhoopla, I hope it will give CF the advantage and motivate them to hire more new guys. I don’t believe they spend so much more budget on that. It’s all just old wine in new bottles, primarily meant to bring in more revenues. Nothing, zero has been published on HCF and BCF that hasn’t first been published on CF. The new coed stuff mostly is very soon also published on the ‘new’ sites, sometimes even simultaneously, for the rest it’s old stuff, even from prehistory, just remastered.

Until a few weeks ago HCF and BCF had a steady update schedule of 2 every week. But they stopped doing that on BCF, which now only updates once a week. And … for the same membership rates, not cheap!!
It’s my guess that they did this because they would too soon run out of content, the archive of bi-scenes isn’t that extensive to keep going for years with 2/w.

I have my doubts if these new sites are really successful, but I don’t have clues for that. Just a hunch.

But it was a time when CF felt like CF again because they focused more on getting new guys and bringing back the CF education. 2022 updates benefited a lot from their recruitment efforts in 2021.

Re your observation of my obsession re OF/JFF, you still dont get it it about the fact that there are hotter guys on there which CF need to tap into and it promote their site thus attracting other unknown hotties.
