Uh, did you totally skip where they said they were tested using the most advanced testing available – something unfortunately not available to the general public? Sure, any one of them could have theoretically gotten infected during the 2-3 week window period, but if they are even getting the test performed, I am sure they are knowledgeable enough to know about the window period and disclose any information about their behavior that could alter the reliability of the results.
