I have nothing against this. At least nothing more than usual. But I think it’s safe to make this declaration: This was the worst week for porn in months. Many of us thought the Fourth would bring some cool unexpected update, and almost every studio took a step down for the holiday rather than a step up. Bel Ami held its own, and I had high hopes for the Connor update that everyone who saw it seemed to dislike; SC’s quality continued to disappoint. BSB was pointless. CD was pointless. CM plummeted.
I never want to ignore Brooks or Connor, but with the exceptions of those two guys and the BA updates, I would have been content to miss this entire week.
