The residents whose predilections have been toward downers have the hardest time readjusting to society: mostly because they are lazy fucks, who have always been lazy. In addition to being completely useless, this one is also just plain stupid. It’s a shame, because he’ll probably spend the rest of his life mooching off of friends, family, and the rest of us. Well, at least while we have him in our care we can instill a bit of responsibility into him.
