I didn’t get the background story of this scene. English is not my first language and I can’t comprehend all the things Liam speaks. Is he really proposing to Duncan or is it a misunderstanding?
Liam is there to ask a father of he can marry the guy’s daughter. But Duncan answers the door and the father is not there. So Duncan wants to make sure that this guy is good for his sister. I guess the proof of that is how good a fuck Liam is.
My English is excellent. I read the background twice and still don’t understand. Part of the problem is that Liam looks older than Duncan, so I took the title “A Father’s Permission” to mean that Liam was Duncan’s father. None of it makes any fucking sense. Why build a convoluted storyline on not one but two absent characters (missing fiancee, missing father), except to cover the fact that it’s a lazy-ass site with two guys in a room having sex. They could just as easily have claimed that Liam is running for president and wants to know if Duncan will be his running mate. Or maybe Liam is an evangelist, and he wants to know if Duncan has taken Jesus as his personal savior. … I got a million of em, all as stupid as the premise here.
After watching the whole scene I understood better the storyline. Nevertheless I think it was sort of impossible to happen in real life. I mean Liam’s character, a completely straight guy, messes with another guy (his brother in law) so quickly and easily while he claims not to be into guys. Probably this sounds weird but sometimes I need a good background story in a porn movie to enjoy better the sex part. It makes part of the fancy.
