What do you mean you “hope he didn’t sign a contract”? Of course he signed a contract! All models sign a contract in which they give up any rights to the use of their images. Otherwise, they might be demanding royalties every time one of their movies or photos is distributed.

The exclusivity/non-complete provision in Jarec’s RandyBlue contract, governed by California law, lasts only 90 days and is legally unenforceable in California anyway. So Jarek is not tied to Randy Blue. Nor was he tied to Sean Cody.

I really don’t understand why anyone who has already paid $20 or $30 per month to see a model perform in some thirty 1/2-hour long movies would want to pay $6 to $8 a minute to watch the same model jerk off in a webcam peep show.
