LOL When I was stationed stateside the last time and was living in Virginia, there was a channel that had The Golden Girls every night two episodes. It’s the end of SC, for some reason, and i cant just place it exactly, i feel like this is the major decline that we have been expecting. First the talent, then the talent retention, then other small things like the relocation aka the downsizing of the actual space. Sean Cody should have told their customers the exact amount of scenes that were faulty if they insisted on releasing them (they should have been scrapped). I tried to watch the Randy/ Joey, Nixon/Lane, and Jess/Shaw scenes…The quality was so atrocious that I had to turn them off. Looks are subjective. Bad quality is universal. I also don’t find this issue “minor”. This is embarrassing.

I found the Nixon/Lane scene in motion to be unwatchable. That screenshot of Nixon is gashly. I had to watch his classic scene with Brysen after I turned off his scene with Lane to get it out of my memory.

I think some people are taking this too lightly. How is Sean Cody going to make up for this? I agree that Sean Cody should have released these faulty scenes for days. This is poor customer service from Sean Cody.

See, I’m inclined to believe this is just the new filming style and that message, who was sent to a writer of all people, could have been a shut up reply. There are dozens of men scenes that dont get released because of small errors or they are designated tester scenes. Why hold onto these scenes and release them, if it’s becoming a trend?

I agree. I started watching these scenes but gave up as well. I agree there is no excuse for technicians not to check their equipment before using it in a professional capacity. I wrote this in another post. There are 000s of subscribers who do not pay for this type of substandard shit. Even Bryan at CM talked about playing with his new 4D cameras almost a year ago when he made his vlog. He was going to test them before using them. Isn’t that what anyone does? (BTW, I just bought a new Canon 80D camera body for my next trip. And I spent a few minutes checking the thing to make sure it operates like my old 70D model. I’ll try it in a few situations before the complete switch-over. And I use grade 10 SD cards like recommended in your quote. And I’m not being paid to do this. Surely even interns anywhere would do this.)

I agree so much! Anyone with common sense would test out their camera equipments before an actual production, and even shot test scenes before using them for principal photography. MG clearly doesn’t give a shit and they’re just churning out terrible shit one after another.
