I’d add Tobias as well. Of all the guys, I’m most sad with Dave and Colt, only because I think NDS went behind CF’s back to get those two. I’ve said this many times, but I’m glad Colt went back to Corbin Fisher. Not sure with the others, but I think some of those were officially gone from Corbin Fisher by the time they appeared on NDS.

Mostly because he was at AD first, and we know that’s ND’s sister site. It wouldn’t surprise me if Corbin Fisher had poached first.

The only one I’m iffy about is Truman. He came back briefly and then showed up on other sites. I think that was after whatever that deal was with Tanner and GH, so maybe Corbin didn’t care by then.

You have a point. But then again, his stint with AD was only for a solo. Some models jump from one studio to another when doing solos so I personally wouldn’t consider that poaching on CF’s part. What NDS did though… hmmm… All I can say is that they’re is shady as hell.

I didn’t know much about that Truman case so I can’t comment on that one. But maybe his return was merely old scenes sitting in CF’s vault? That was the case with Steven/Chad Piper. But that Tanner case is still quite a mystery to me.

If I’m remembering correctly, Truman’s returned was marked by a new tat he didn’t have when he left. That’s how we knew it was a recent scene. I think that was around when he showed up at Men. I think that was the studio.

At this point I don’t think they’re really too hung up on exclusivity. So many of their models have come from other places. I don’t think they’ll want to miss out on the next Dru, Marc, Aiden, Tanner or Jacob (really, they can miss that one) just because he appeared somewhere else. These days it’s hard enough luring models away from camming sites. They really can’t afford to be so stubborn about freshness.

What make you think the Elye scenes are new? They could predate the Corbin Fisher hire in April of last year: NDS could have that big of a back catalog, no? If Corbin Fisher can now manage 6 months, NDS could be managing 8/9.

Maybe they were holding off on releasing them because of the Colt snafu where the two studios worked out their differences.

That could explain how Corbin Fisher has been replying Dave is still with them.

His hair when compared to his AD debut and his Reality Dudes scenes doesn’t match for it to have been filmed that long ago. We saw the tweet when Dave dyed his hair. That wasn’t too long ago. It’s doubtful he started off with a buzzed look at AD, then grew his hair out to film Dick Dorm grew it out longer and got highlights to film with ND, then dyed it back to his original color when he arrived at CF, to later dye it blond again.

Plus I believe Kevin contacted Corbin Fisher and the implication was they don’t know if he has left or they couldn’t reach him or something. You’d have to ask him for the specifics of their reply. But like I said, I don’t think they’d be too butthurt to keep him from coming back.

Well… that’s true. It’s just right to welcome back models who hopped on other sites, especially those well-received ones like Dave. But I also think the exclusive status of the models should make sure they won’t jump ship until their contract with Corbin Fisher expires, otherwise the exclusivity is pointless.

From what has been said over the years, I don’t think those contracts are too enforceable anyway. I forget the reason why. Assuming Dave did sign one of those deals, you see it ultimately doesn’t mean anything since ND is still releasing that scene. I think it depends on if the studio is willing to put up a fight. Corbin Fisher didn’t with Marc, that’s why he disappeared for a bit after he first arrived.

I don’t even think CF’s exclusivity deal is the same as it was years ago. I doubt Jason is still giving those models vision, dental and whatever other benefits they were getting.

You’re right about it depending on whether the studio is willing to put up a fight. And that in itself probably depends on whether the benefit exceeds the cost. I think they did put up a fight that’s why Dave’s NDS scene vanished when Corbin Fisher found out about it. When it came back on the NDS site, I think that’s when they reached an agreement that’s why they’re saying Dave’s return will be all up to him. But all these are just my assumptions, of course. I guess we’ll never know what really happened there. I just wish Dave the best of luck in his endeavor.
