At the House, of course we get newbies every day. Most of the time we’ve seen their paperwork in advance and know what to expect. This fucktard (Rocky Tate, formerly of Corbin Fisher) has had some serious issues, and I intended to put a stop to any shenanigans before they started.

This comment is interesting to me but hard to reply to because I perceive conflicting impulses within it. I like “degrading” sex and don’t feel guilty about it because it’s a fantasy just like anything else. When people watch two men that they consider to be equally attractive, they often perceive that as a good scene, and when there is a discrepancy, that’s how they define degrading. The part that seems to get lost is that these are actors getting paid to play a role either way. “Whore” sounds like a slur to me so it’s not the term I would use, but it means someone who has sex for money, which is what everyone in the industry is doing, whether their scene partners look like them or not.

To me, the degradation is in the activity and not in the scene partner, so this qualifies as degrading because he’s getting slapped and fucked by a man who is showing no affection. But again, these are just the roles that were written for them. The idea that the actors themselves have been degraded for performing these roles is a suggestion that just has never made sense to me, but that’s the logical leap that most comments on these scenes end up making.

As for Rocky, I don’t think anything good led to him being here. Either he didn’t go back to Corbin Fisher because he didn’t want to, or they didn’t want him back. Sadly, I don’t think that’s the case. Rocky’s Corbin Fisher debut was in summer of 2016. There is no way Clay was holding onto a scene with a model form a “competing” studio for 3+ years. If he had filmed a scene with Rocky before Rocky went to CF, he would’ve released it when Rocky was still active there, not wait until he had been gone for almost two years.
