Landon needs to give that hot ass up again. Shame that I have to go all the way back to his scene with a Tommy ( still one of my favs) to see him bottoming and it’s not even bareback 😫

They stay doing him dirty after all these years, the problem is that they see nothing wrong with it.
And he needs to bottom again too, both him and SC stay acting up. When will I get my flip with him and Archie.

If you’re keeping score in this twisted game of “I Know Black People” the word “ebony” is great, “negro” is bad, because it’s too close to a slur, and people who wear confederate flag tats aren’t bigots, because the civil war was primarily about states rights.

Should you have a problem with any of this, you need to work on your sense of humor. Because it’s all one big joke. Teheheheheheheheheheheheheheheeeeeee!

WOW! WTF! I didn’t know he turned a blind eye to the racist scribbling on this racist fool.

Him and Jasper made all kinds of excuses. And KJ was mad. Not that Zane had a racist tat. He was mad SC pulled his scenes. Read the comments on those Zane threads. It’s very illuminating.

There are some truly despicable people on this site.

So that’s why I didn’t see what he and the other two were saying; I skipped that post. I upvote Colton (but I always upvote Colton) and just left it at that.

That is disgusting! There’s no place in my circle for a bigot of any kind. Also there’s no place for a person who makes excuses for that bigot.

I saw the “Ebony” cutie drama play out but chose to stay out. But that word should’ve been abolished a long time ago.

That’s what happens to thirsty people. They’ll make any excuse to lust over some problematic dick.

They also need to stop referring to Latino models like Asher as tan. Making it seem like every non-White person was just laying out in the sun is pretty shitty.

The whole “tan” comment bothers me to the core. I don’t want to look sensitive and overreact but I have a major issue with that.

Clark Parker is the only problematic guy that I’ve ever liked. Most of these clowns that are racist are usually not that attractive (at least to me) so it’s not a lost. And that Zane guy is another one.

I explained this confederate flag episode to you above. It is being held by WB so it is not there yet. There is nothing mean or controversial in it so it should show up a few hours. I will add that KJ was NOT supportive of the tattoo. NO ONE was. He did feel that it was SC’s mistake hiring him so SC should replace his deleted video with another. He was not upset that his scene had been deleted. He just felt the subscribers were OWED one in it’s place. We just did not join in with the hate of someone we did not know. We all agreed the confederate flag should have been a deal breaker for SC. We all agreed it was a mistake to hire him and that he should go. We just did not agree that he was now a THING to be hated and given no benefit of the doubt to. He was a human being that we felt sensitive to. I am frustratingly sensitive. If I am with you, and you hurt yourself or cut yourself I GO INTO PAIN. All down my spine to my feet. I shudder with actual and icky feeling physical pain for several moments. I can not watch someone being hurt on TV or in a movie. When someone is being hurt emotionally, I FEEL THEIR PAIN: their sorrow. It could be someone I do not like but I would never think “GOOD, you had it coming”. I feel badly that he had it coming. I am that sensitive, and that defines my protectiveness of the performers from the haters. There are some who could gather around someone they hate and throw stones at them. I could not. I’m the damn fool that would rush to him and try to shield him with my body or try to stop those throwing the stones.

p.s. notice my reply was to John Doe/Bob Bilbert. The one you wrote that you had issues with not too long ago. He is ALWAYS negative towards the performers and I’m ALWAYS ready to reply to him with support for whoever the performer happens to be at the time.

The thing you don’t understand is that you aren’t sensitive to everything or everyone. Some people say: “this hurts us” and you say “no, you’re making something out of nothing!”

And you can be highly defensive, which leads you to talk more than you listen. Exhibit A is the post I’m replying to. As the old saying goes: You have two ears and one mouth and should listen more than you talk.

You are aware of projecting, aren’t you? You are projecting onto me how YOU are. YOU don’t listen. Exhibit A is the post I am replying to. I NEVER wrote that I am sensitive to everyone or everything. I explained in the ways that I am sensitive. I DREAD seeing someone
getting hurt or in OBVIOUS pain because I know I will be feeling that awful and icky pain reaction to the hurt or pain I am witnessing. If I am in the room with you, and you stump your toe, I will feel this awful and icky pain all the way down my body that will stop me in my tracks, for several moments. If you are cutting yourself with a knife at this moment, I feel nothing. I am not a witness to it. If I am in a room with you, and I absolutely despise you, I would not verbally torment you or allow anyone else to. I would feel it as if they were verbally
tormenting me. The Golden Rule thing is innate within me. I would despise you and feel protective of you at the same moment. I am CURSED with some sort of empathetic reaction to physical or emotional pain that I may be witnessing, whether in person or on a screen. It is not about me choosing to walk in someone shoes at that moment. The damn shoes get jammed onto me. But other than those more DRAMATIC occurrences I would have no idea how you might be feeling and would not be sensitive to you. If I were in the same room with you I would feel nothing but confusion because I would desperately want to know your truth and could not trust that you are giving it to me. I greatly mistrust people. I am autistic in that way. Now, did you listen to that or were you busy thinking about how you can grumble, argue and squabble about what I just wrote and tell me that my truth is not my truth but instead what you decide my truth to be is my truth?

Ok. That’s interesting information about you.

So, why is it that you mistrust the many people (some Black but not all) who have told you how we feel about the Confederate flag tattoo and the constant mentioning of nonwhite models’ color, but you are sensitive to how (your imaginary version) of Zane might feel when people say his tattoo is racist? You protect one and attack the other. Why?

It is your imagined narrative that I do not know the ugliness of the Confederate Flag to your Community, and to those people, like myself, who support your community. That is not something I need to be told. I hated and resented the Statue of Robert E. Lee that I had to look at every time I walked down Boulevard Ave in Richmond VA, LONG LONG LONG before such statues became an expressed issue and were no longer seen as something that must continue to be endured. You have made assumptions about me because I do not word things exactly as you want me to word things, and you are wanting to argue, debate and squabble with an invention in your mind of who I am, and not who I am. Why? Because you do not “listen” and then you project onto me that I do not “listen”. You instead immediately begin deciding how to TWIST and cherry pick what I might write to fit into your invented narrative of me, and MOCK me. I am NOT a hater, so I do not RUSH to hate. Haters do not understand that because they are literally WAITING impatiently for someone to unleash all their pent-up hate onto, and they believe all are just like them. We are not. I want to give everyone the benefit of a doubt. Was Zane a Hater or a Dummy? As someone who did MANY stupid things when I was younger and dumber, I held room for the possibility that Zane may have grown in understanding and now regretted having the tattoo. I did not know if that were true, and I did not NOT know if that were true. That did not mean I thought he should remain. I did not. To me it was a disaster of SC”s making, all around, from beginning to end. As I wrote, I have innately within me the Golden Rule, and I’m an atheist. I am constantly asking myself how would I want to be treated. How would I want to be treated if I were Chris, for example. How would I want to be treated if I were unfairly accused of something. And I behave as I would want to be treated. I would want kindness, understanding and fairness. What would you want?

Ok.

There’s a little problem with the Golden Rule. Not everyone wants to be treated as you do. So it winds up being better to treat people the way they want to be treated, instead of the way you want to be treated. The whole world is not made of copies of v us.

You have not treated respectfully any of us who don’t want to have our not-white color mentioned every moment or our existence and point-of-view ignored by our government or by companies we patronize. It is convenient for you that you get to be the judge of what counts as supportive, what counts as racism, etc. We don’t agree. But you can’t hear it.

You are once again projecting onto me how you are. Are YOU treating me the way you think I want to be treated? If so, I will tell you that you are so wrong. Aren’t YOU judging me, but are accusing me of judging? How is sending a gif of MANY EBONY magazine covers, disrespecting you? Or the long list of handsome men of color under the heading of EBONY HUNKS? Can you yourself hear anything you don’t want to hear? I am NOT the owner of SC. I can NOT instruct them on what they can or can not write. They obviously could not care less about what Scrapple thinks. I CAN suggest to you that there are MANY people of color who embrace the word ebony. Everyone who has been on EBONY’S covers, for example, or have bought and read it and those who now go online to read it. One of my best friends when I was in Cosmotology School lived for the next issue of EBONY. It was how she kept in touch with HER Community and it helped her to feel connected to it while she had to move around in the WHITE WORLD she lived in.

When you obsessively think you must ARGUE and DEBATE every sentence I write you go off the rails projecting and PROJECTING. HINT: if you want to treat me how I want to be treated you will say “thank you for taking the time to reply to me, now have a good day.”

Also, google for me, as I have done, and find ONE article about the wrongness of the word EBONY and send me the link. I can not find even ONE. I do not rely on anyone here to tell me what is right. I don’t play “Simon Says” here, and Scrapple nor you are “Simon”. I have found for you that SC does NOT mention the color of every Ebony performer. When there is an interracial scene ONE will be Ebony and ONE will be White. Whether you like it or not, dark skin is an outstanding and beautiful feature. When Meryl Streep is standing beside Viola Davis, where do our eyes go? Who looks magnificent and who looks washed out? Answer that question TO YOURSELF and then you might be on your way to EMBRACING YOUR EBONY!

And so you determined that how I wanted to be treated was to be referred to as an “OVERSEER”? So, I guess your have realized that your advice to me on how I should think and feel and be and write was not so good, since you yourself can not take your own advice. I thought it was pretty crappy advice as well. So not only did you want to OVERSEE my life and argue and debate about every word I write (because you have decided that I am ALL WRONG and you are ALL RIGHT) you then decided the ancient Golden Rule needed your overseeing and make-over as well. Tehehehehehehe! BYE-EEE!

You made yourself an Overseer of Black people’s culture and feelings when you decided that your Google searches and your ventriloquism acts outrank our voices. So I’m happy to call you by the name that reflects your treatment of me and others. Good day, Overseer.

And you are. All wrong. About this topic. You just don’t have the humility to admit it. The truth isn’t always somewhere in the middle. Sometimes (as in the case of Trump’s call to the Ukraine, or Bret Kavanaugh, or Clarence Thomas) one side is being dishonest. And, in this case, you are being dishonest with yourself and with all of us.

There is simply no argument. There are black people who object to the repeated use of skin color to identify black models. It doesn’t matter whether we are here on WB, at Ebony magazine, or on the moon. We don’t all have to be unanimous. And we don’t have to put it on Google where you can find it. We have said it. But somehow you know better than black people what is good for us, what hurts us. Which is why you are such a supporter of our community.

No boo, you aren’t. You are just a person who uses gifs of black people and writes over them in your own voice. And that is the perfect emblem of how you’ve conducted yourself this whole discussion. Ah well. It’s unfortunate, but that’s how it ends.

I googled how you want to be treated and I couldn’t find anything that says Bair doesn’t like to be called an Overseer or that Overseer is offensive to white people who claim they support black people, so I figured it was ok. And if you find it offensive, you should take it to the DOJ Civil Rights Bureau, but expect to be laughed at.

That’s how you sound.

I will give you a hint. When someone has LOST the argument, but refuses to face that fact, they often turn to FACETIOUSNESS. Your are debating like a child now. You can not find ONE article in all of the internet that lets one know of the wrongness of the word Ebony. You can find articles about other words, like ethnic, exotic, urban, etc., but no mention of Ebony. HMMMMM! And so you now FACETIOUSLY react to the word “overseer” when I let you know that you can not take your OWN advice that you gave when you decided you had the intellectual capability to revamp the Golden Rule. But because you are perhaps a lonely person, maybe even a shut-in with LOTS of time on your hand, you will continue on with your LOST argument and be even more facetious, until you are like a baby throwing poo. I’m not sure YOUR Community can withstand YOUR support. How embarrassed Al Sharpton would be of you. BYE-EEE!

The question was: is repeatedly referring to black models by their color offensive to black people. So I don’t have to listen to you. You aren’t black.

Your need to be centered in this conversation is reprehensible. And your insistence that treating Black people the way you and your Google searches think we should be treated is somehow commendable—well, that’s just sick. I don’t wish anything bad on you, but I wish you would either get enlightened or find another topic to speak about. My “Community” really can’t take any more of your “support.”

Well that is just so SAD, because my support you have always had and will always have. So, that means I will single handedly hold your community back because of the powerful person I am. Tehehehehehehehe! Ebony and Ivory, living in perfect harmony! To answer your question: I ALREADY HAVE! I went through past SC updates for a year and found that your premise is as wrong and as much of a lie as if you were a Republican. Are you a Republican? Ebony performers are NOT repeatedly referred to by their color. BUT, when there is an interracial scene they usually are. For those who do not know who is who (not everyone lives their lives on porn blogs like Scrapple) SC will identify the name of the one with the MAGNIFICENT skin color, thus letting the readers know the Ivory Dude is the other guy. EMBRACE your EBONY! LOVE yourself, because if you don’t love yourself how the hell you gonna love somebody else? Can I get an AMEN up in here?

It is HOURS after I replied to your WOW WTF post and it is still being held, so I will reply again here at this spot. In the above photo, do you see a tattoo? Even when his tattoo was exposed, which I seem to remember was kept to a minimum, it was BLURRED. I did not see the video. NO ONE KNEW what the tattoo was of initially. There was speculation and guesses. I made the JOKE to John Doe, who is ALWAYS being negative towards the performers, that I had not noticed the (BLURRED) tattoo, implying he was too luscious looking and his body is all that I noticed. His tattoo began being written about on another blog that I visit, and they eventually posted a picture taken from his next film to be released that showed the tattoo unblurred. We could now see it was the Confederate flag in the shape of Texas. After that was known for sure, NO ONE supported the tattoo. There was a process but I don’t remember how long it took. I will forget this update by next week. Was it the same day or the next day, or the next? The Haters quickly began intensifying their hate. The rest of us hated the tattoo, but did not toss hate at him. If it were the Wild, Wild West, they would have been the ones putting a rope around his neck and we would have been the ones saying, “but he deserves a fair trial”. Haters don’t understand that. They just know hate. We were curious about him, the person. Did he get the tattoo when he was young and dumb, but now regretted it? What did the confederate flag mean to him? If you google you will find that MANY young people do not comprehend the racist implications of the flag. Blame that failing on the school systems in the South. I know Robert E. Lee was presented to us as a hero. To some the flag is a symbol of DEFIANCE against authority and/or the Federal Govt. Ultimately, it made no difference what his reasons for the tattoo were. He needed to go and he needed to know it is a bad, bad symbol. We were just open to giving him a chance to explain himself, if he wanted to, as we waved good-bye to him. That is pretty much it, in a nutshell.

Why YES, I will enjoy this nearly 7 day old roast. It’s so well made and will keep for a long time.

Bad I am agreeing with you even though I can’t read this ASSHOLE comments because I blocked him more 2 years ago LOL 😂

I am honestly beginning to think that Ebony is code word for something more derogatory I

That is something that someone with WAY too much free time might think. Tehehehehehehe! It is so sad how you often remind me of the conspiracy theory obsessed Republicans. So a completely innocuous word is actually a racist trope AND (as Putin whispered into Trump’s love sick ears) it is actually Ukraine that interfered in the 2016 elections, not Russia.

Parker Nash? That’s the ivoriest name I’ve heard in a good while.

Something looks different about Landon (other than his hair). He seems…smaller? I’m fine with him possibly being back in the rotation. But Landon is in the same boat as Jax and Daniel where he went from being full service to no service. Jax has started putting in work again. Daniel too. Hopefully Landon does the same. Otherwise there’s no point. Judging from the pics, the trailer, the short writeup and the action taking place in that Sear’s showroom, I’m not expecting a refined performance. https://media1.giphy.com/media/U8ePdoQEbD3dEZqaiY/giphy.gif

Everyone has eyes and can see the scene is interracial. Why are no terms referring to complexion ever used for white performers? Not ivory. Not milky. Not pasty. Not ruddy. Not pale. None. Well?

Do you actually think that people wouldn’t be able to tell Landon from Cam by height, or hairstyle, or who’s topping versus bottoming? That’s how SC does it when the models are both white and somehow people are able to figure out the names.

How would you feel if every time someone introduced you, they said: “Here’s white Bair”? Like your color was a part of your name? No one is saying that the word ebony itself is offensive. People are saying to you, repeatedly, that constantly referring to black performers’ color is strange, uncomfortable, tacky, and unequal–since SC has never once done the same with a white performer.

And, if you know any black people, ask them if they call themselves “an ebony person,” or “a member of the ebony community” or any other phrase you’ve been using. We don’t.

Alternately, you could contact SC and ask them if they use the term ebony in reference or homage to Ebony magazine… and if they have any black staff members who signed off on it as a good idea.

And perhaps your research into racism in both str8 porn and gay porn failed. Based on mine, it seems that SC went to “ebony” when “chocolate-skinned” got bad publicity. But SC continues to mark their “ethnic scenes” as such, re-establishing that the site is unofficially a white site and a scene with a white person having sex with a person of color should be rare and marked as such.

It didn’t take me much time to put the pieces together from these two articles.

https://www.intomore.com/culture/can-sean-cody-not-refer-to-one-of-its-black-models-as-chocolate-skinned

https://www.cracked.com/personal-experiences-2208-going-black-hurts-your-career-5-examples-racism-in-porn.html

Per his own words, he thinks the word “ebony” is “exotic.” That’s what Black people are to him. Exotic. And if you’ll notice, he repeatedly utilized light and dark imagery to describe them. Because in his world, every White person is light, every Black person is dark. I wonder how his idol, ebony cutie Janet Mock would feel about that.

But what do you expect from someone who thinks “ebony” is a perfectly valid word, because it has been used for decades, but detests the word “negro” because it sounds too much like “n****r?” It’s also nice when a culturally uneducated person tries to tell you about your own culture. Nothing audacious, insensitive, ignorant and dismissive about that. https://media0.giphy.com/media/229B59z6TqHVcG6jL1/giphy-downsized-medium.gif

We need to add “digital blackface” to B’s ill-conceived moves. If ever there were a person who should not choose a black face to represent their own, it’s the Ventriloquist, the self-appointed Overseer, MisterB. No black person has said any of the things he attributes to us and it’s more than a little jarring for him to pretend as if he is speaking as John Johnson, or the head of the NAACP, or Landon, for that matter. No wonder he can’t hear our voices; he’s too sure that he speaks for and as us.

Knowing it is NEVER ENDING with you, I trepidatiously respond to this post. For you it is not about you expressing your opinion and me expressing mine, and that being that. You want to squabble, grumble and argue. You have presented your opinion. Consider that now done. Would I mind if Cam was described as being an Ivory cutie? NO! Then that would mean, if I did not know who was who, that the dark skinned performer uses the name Landon. Do I say to someone, “Hi, I’m White”? NO! Might I be described by someone as being a White guy should there be a need to be identified as such? SURE! Do I think there are serious racial issues? YES! Like the purging of Black voters from the Voter Rolls in Republican controlled States. Do I see identifying the luscious Hunk Landon as being Ebony as any sort if major issue to throw my attention into? NO! Can I see that the existence of the ICONIC magazine Ebony is an inconvenience to those who do want to make it a major issue? YES! So, are we done?

https://uploads.disquscdn.com/images/7b0209865b9a58d171b2a44016b4d1bfbb6e48beb9acd4887395963a334e3761.gif

You go greet any gathering of Black people as “the Ebony Community” and see if they refer to themselves that way or send you back to the Bair Lair to write your fragile, defensive, contradictory posts, which substitute capital letters for knowledge or logic.

The dishonesty of your going back and adding “trepidatiously” to this post does not go unnoticed.. If you were actually afraid, you wouldn’t respond. But no, you want to be aggressive, telling other people (actual Black people!) what ebony means in every context, as if we didn’t grow up *reading* Ebony Magazine in our grandmother’s houses (in my case). Then, after being arrogant and aggressive, you want to also play the victim: you have trepidation, because the overly sensitive black bullies. It’s unfortunate that you aren’t trepidatious enough to step back and listen. No. You just want to keep frantically reframing the problem so that you can appear to be right about something that you know nothing about. The combination of ignorance, arrogance, projection, insecurity, and self-aggrandizement is pretty astonishing. I was going to compare you to Trump here, but instead I’ll just say… if you really want to be as not-racist as you insist you are, you should read Robin diAngelo’s White Fragility and physician, heal thyself.

I agree that Landon needs to bottom ASAP but other than that there’s no comparison to the description .

Ebony…really? I hate Landon’s hair in the first pic, but it looks better (?) in the rest. Why did he shave off all of his body and facial hair though? But damn…he’s still fine as fuck. Cam is cute. This is hot.

You get no argument from me. But if you had said just the opposite, you’d still get no argument from me.

Definitely looks promising.
Both look great in the cover pic; exquisite rock hard cocks, beautiful bodies and handdome guys.

Landon needs to bottom again. He keeps showing us that beautiful ass but does nothing with it.

It does look like it has seen some action. Too bad it’s off camera where he gets his poundings. He’s been paired up with like 6 guys that should’ve fucked him.

Definitely looks promising.
Both look great in the cover pic; exquisite rock hard cocks, beautiful bodies and handdome guys.

I was thinking the same thing that Landon hole looks like it had a visitor or 2 maybe 3 or 4 lol 😂

I avoided the site today since I’m not in the mood to watch a scene, but dang, you spoiled it for me. LOL! Although I found him cute, I wasn’t too crazy about him. He looks better in his Corbin Fisher solo though.

They were hyping up both Landon and Jax last week on social media. I knew it would never happen, but I still hoped they would pair the two. Oh well… I guess Nash will do. This looks good, though. Hopefully the actual scene is as good as the trailer.

Landon is easily one of the most attractive men in the industry. I’ve shot countless loads watching his scenes. He is a really good top and always looks scorching hot from head to toe. His body is unmatched, that dick is absolutely gorgeous and his ass is breathtaking… It is also offensively underused. I will never understand how a butt this perfect and a hole this beautiful have only gotten ONE bottom scene. Wake up SC and give this man the pounding he deserves.

Also, wake up and stop this ‘cute ebony’ non-sense.

https://uploads.disquscdn.com/images/fdcd99aefa511964d48d1b4f754522449e8eccd1fe094c91d36d402fbda9ef10.jpg

Landon reminds me so much of DeAngelo Jackson: beautiful but boring-ass top. Even thought DeAngelo has bottomed, he’s still lackluster to me now. He doesn’t have to be versatile but up your top game. Austin Wilde (and I always say this) never makes me tired of his topping.

One of the gifs he used highlighted Ms. Carey’s appearance on the magazine cover. I might have to start referring to her as “The Elusive Ebony Chanteuse.”

So have you finished JUDGING the “condescending me? I will march with you in the streets, any time, concerning reparation for the Black/Ebony Community. Will I march with you because you have decided along with a VERY FEW others to be offended by the word Ebony? NO! It is your choice to not see the word as the COMPLIMENT that it is, and as the compliment that John Johnson meant for you to see it as. Likewise, the word GAY became the word of pride and self-acceptance to unite around for a group of people who were verbally and physically tormented and caused to self-hate. When will someone decide that the word GAY is offensive? Would I join with that either? NO!

https://uploads.disquscdn.com/images/c1862a0c3a54c00ee94833edd5f77cbf825e5bedc3ee89f309a7bfd147b1bccd.gif

No, I wouldn’t agree. I see it as some seeking to make something out of nothing when there is PLENTY OF SOMETHING out there, already, to be dealt with. The word Ebony is NOT seen as an offensive word BEYOND HERE. So different rules do not need to be applied from race to race concerning it’s use. The ICONIC magazine, EBONY, presented that word to the world as being a COMPLIMENT, and because of it’s covers equated that word to BEAUTY, DIGNITY, INTELLIGENCE, TALENT, etc. I think of my beloved, much missed, Ebony Queen, Aretha.

https://uploads.disquscdn.com/images/220d4b807e1b0aa04fd85e9831583f2439bb713a55754d3a0629110756b8f950.gif

You are so out of your depth it isn’t funny. But thank you, as always, for Overseeing what African Americans should find important, what we call ourselves, and when and how we should best appeal to the illiterate contingent of the white population.

When someone themselves feels out of their depth in a situation they might seek to deflect that by telling others that it is they who are out of their depth. It is a classic Trumpism. So, how did you like all the photos of the handsome men of color I sent you that I easily found on the internet under the heading of EBONY HUNKS. Tehehehehehehe! Here they are again.

https://www.pinterest.com/bivabrennett/ebony-hunks/

https://uploads.disquscdn.com/images/dc346efb1abb2901c5be0afeb2489c3b1772dd809ac25d16dad00c3118581ee6.gif

Or it could be “code” for “hot guy alert”. Tehehehehe! Because of the Magazine the literal definition of the word ebony no longer just applies for it came to mean a specific “Community” of people. Just as in the use of Black or White came to be used to define a Community. My discomfort with that is MY problem and not John Johnson’s or SC’s. So even though I want to say ebony cutie and use ebony as an adjective, cute Ebony is more in line with John Johnson, even though it feels awkward to me to think of a person as a Black, or a White, or an Ebony. I remain more comfortable with the words “Brown” and “Ivory” used as adjectives because that seems more accurate, colorwise, and a person is not a color used as a noun to me. But I’m in a very small minority.
