LOL, if I ever saw that on Brazzers, I would explode. And I totally take your point. I meant for my comment to imply sympathy for guys who aren’t into straight porn. I think it helped that when I was little, my dad’s magazines in the back of his closet were straight, and I’m old enough not to have had any options. I didn’t see guy on guy action until my sophomore year of college. If I’d had gay porn my whole life, I probably couldn’t stomach straight stuff, although my appetite for dominant men is so strong that I think Rocco Siffredi would have gotten me to watch.

Really? I’m Italian and I’ve never watched that guy. I don’t get the interest in men who won’t have sex with men, and there is something to be said about the humiliation of slobbering over a category of men that doesn’t quite think of gay men as men.

How do you get from “won’t have sex with men” to “doesn’t quite think of gay men as men”? I won’t have sex with women, but that doesn’t mean I don’t regard them as women.

You use the word “playful” which is not how I think of sex at all. It’s not lighthearted. That contributes to (but is not the only reason) why I detest MEN scenes, but I also find straight porn and solo streaking scenes irritating when the aim is to turn male nudity into a joke. (This is a tangent, but I think such scenes really are an anxiety toward male sexuality expressed in an immature way, laughing to camouflage fear and discomfort. It’s absolutely possible to have healthy expressions of humor in porn, but I just don’t think that’s typical right now.) I get turned on by power, which is why both Roccos (Siffredi and Steele) are very appealing to me even though Steele is not so demonstrative. Siffredi and other tops, straight or gay, who are into spitting, hair pulling, even slapping bone me up.

Straight sex and gay sex are two different things, and I don’t watch straight sex in order to try to superimpose a gay fantasy on it. I like watching men fulfill their own fantasies, especially when they involve some form of entitlement, like bareback (with or without PrEP), public, age difference, and physical dominance. I definitely don’t want to watch someone get hurt, but watching someone push through fear, especially for some other more dominant man’s pleasure, is hot to me.

I didn’t mean it like that either. What I was saying is that straight men typically think of you as less of a man if you have gay sex, like you’re a wuss, you’re not a real man. That’s not attractive to me, I can’t fantasize about doing stuff with someone who thinks that, it would piss me off. Straight men who do have sex with men, that I can work with.

As for my use of the word playful, no, I wasn’t going for comical, at all. I was thinking more along the lines of a dare game, a challenge, or actual experimentation. Just harmless exploring of sexuality. And please don’t think that I’m a self loathing gay, because that’s not what this is, it probably has more to do with me not having done any experimenting before going after boys.
