MEN Series: Adam Bryant Fucks Paul Canon in ‘The Hunt, Part 2’

I like Adam fine – sure I hope he’ll push through to something new, but I’m fine if he never bottoms. A lot of these performers are only as good as their directors: Men has improved vastly lately, but they still don’t really push their performers. Sometimes it has to come from scene partners as well. I think Paul is pretty bland, cute as he is (and unlike his BSB mate Vadim, hasn’t really developed much at all at Men). I’ve seen Adam kiss in CollegeDude videos, and give a fairly strong turn in a High Performance wrestling clip with Justin Beal that was amazing, as well as with Nick Cross in a scene for Masquerade Men (does ANYONE know what happened to that site? It just stopped turning out new product overnight). Sure he doesn’t venture far outside of his comfort zone, but if he’s just phoning it in like a sack of potatoes, I blame the director and/or scene partner.

elmtree’s 1) is the #1 answer, ten times over, IMO. I don’t know how many times I’ve had to explain that porn is fantasy and if you go around in real life looking for your fantasy man then you’re going to spend a lot of time back home fapping to porn. Unless you you have porn or model grade looks, and extremely few of us plebs do, then the guy you date and fuck and one day marry is going to come with a set of flaws. I’ve been watching porn for 60 years and I’ve seen all 45 quadrillion videos ever made. At this point, I’m not looking for my porn to include flaws. Here we have a steady stream of NEW porn and make no mistake, if it doesn’t meet my standards I have tons of better stuff in storage to look at instead. BTW, right now is not a particularly good moment in time in the gay porn world. Almost every studio has seen much, much better days.

But, more to your question, most guys in gay porn are “straight”, or gay-for-pay, and don’t want to do any gay sex, if not for the paycheck, and they don’t want to bottom, not because it’s going to hurt their ass, as they’ve never had anything up there, but instead don’t want to bottom because it’s “gay”, and emasculating, and it’s the girl’s role….it’s psychological. In almost every case, that excuse isn’t good enough for me. Go big or go home! Big, tough, masculine dudes who play sports and have had every bone in their bodies broken multiples times, been knocked unconscious, beat each other to a bloody pulp in MMA cages and can otherwise endure extreme pain, discomfort and tribulation say, “Oh, a dick in my ass would hurt too much!”. Sounds like a pussy to me. Where’s the logic in all that?

Too, most tops in gay porn aren’t good enough tops to only top.

Finally, topping, like it’s supposed to be done, is not easy. With the aforementioned “straight” guys there are sooooo many limp dicks. Hell, gay guys run into wood problems, too. The tops dick needs to be rock hard. Squishy, semi-hard dicks make for pathetic porn and it’s so pervasive that they’ve come up with all kinds of tricks to hide it. Obtuse camera angles, little to no stroke, etc. In other cases they just stop and start every 30 seconds and keen observers see cut after cut after cut in the finished product. So, few clamor to see power bottoms top because many can’t do it.
