First of all I would not know how a white person thinks because I ain’t white. Secondly Racism is not just people who exclude people of colour, It is more complex than that. It’s the belief that they are superior to people of colour, so yes fetishizing blacks, Asians, Latino, ect. is still a form of racism because you do not view them as human , just a tool for ones sexual gratification.
