There are more than 11 states in Mexico…there are like 30, but it’s actually making me sad to keep proving you wrong, that I won’t bother to look the exact number up. However, roughly 2/3rd of Mexico does not allow gay people to adopt.

June 2015 the Mexican Supreme Court ruled that gay marriage bans were unconstitutional–because many states held a ban. That was like two weeks before the US Supreme Court did the same. That said, unlike in the US, Mexican sam-sex marriages do not all hold the same weight from state to state, even with the Supreme Court ruling. They are behind the US.
