When Evan helps Matthew stretch his legs after their workout, they discuss Matthew’s search for a new apartment. He discovers that Matthew hasn’t had any luck finding a new home so Evan helps Matthew out by offering up his spare room. They go back to Evan’s place to look at the room where Matthew decides he can’t refuse the offer. Matthew gives Evan his tight twink hole to thank him for his generosity.

You’re a trip but I don’t think he’s losing the dick. He went on the social part of an imageboard and made it clear that while he may be transitioning, he won’t be giving up the dick. I don’t want to jump to any conclusions but maybe he’s keeping it in case the transition doesn’t go over too well.
If he’s keeping that mammoth tool of his then that’s awesome. Sounds as though he’s wise enough to know that some things in life are irreversible.
