You know, I never understood that shit with Game Freak. They introduced male and female differences in Gen IV only to give a handful of Pokemon that honor in later games. They always add interesting things in one Generation and remove them in the next. I just told a friend that all of that awesome shit they had in Gen V could have been heavily utilized better in the 3DS games. I remember Gen III having a neat little feature where if you stood still long enough in the overworld, you could hear wild Pokemon make cries. I have the demo to Sun and Moon and they added it back.
